Why do we require your information?
The very information we collect is used when you place an order.
How do we use your information?
We use the information we receive from you when you register, make a purchase, respond to a survey, other site features in the following ways:
– We do NOT have access to your account and it’s protected by a password only. However, we have a brief history of your purchases in our system and we occasionally use it to select complimentary samples you might like which we might include in subsequent orders.
– The delivery address corresponding to an order will be passed on to DHL or POST NL please refer to their privacy policy to learn how they handle it.
– We are under no circumstances allow to access any payment details/pieces of information. All online transactions are handled either by ADYEN NV or PayPal gateways. Please refer to their privacy policy to learn how they handle and protect your payment details.
Non-Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
Safety & Allergy Precaution
As part of the creation process, our primary goal is to bring to you, fragrances that are cynosure of every eye and nose, and it is also safe to wear. However, as per individual allergic reactions to ingredients, there is the potential of reacting to certain foods; it is impossible to predict allergic reactions in individuals to a specific ingredient or ingredient combination. Some people can develop an allergy to any number of ingredients in food, skincare or perfume, at any time. We do everything we can to educate our customers about the proper use of our products. Additionally, our products go through the highest form of quality control and industrial standards which explains it orphic status.
Allergy Precautions
If you have allergic tendencies, please wear your perfumes with caution and test them on a small skin area first to make sure that the fragrance is safe for regular use. If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately.
Safety Tips
Following these simple rules will ensure you are using perfumes safely and appropriately.
1. Nwaky Parfums fragrances are flammable.
2. Do not apply near fire, flame, heat, or while smoking.
3. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
4. Do not swallow or take perfume internally.
5. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
6. Do not apply to sensitive skin. Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin. If irritation develops, reduce the frequency or discontinue use.
7. If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately.
